So I finally managed to find the time to do a quick video on how to edit your links in the TagK facebook application…

TagK is fairly simple to use, but a video just makes it simpler to understand what you can do with it.

At the moment I’m not entirely happy with a couple of things, like the friend invite screen appears right down at the bottom ofthe screen, so if you don’t know to look for it, you might not realise it’s there, and the option for moving links up and down can take a while, but Wira is looking in to making some changes to make it even easier to use.

We’ll  also be adding a default link for Technorati as well, as it’s such a popular blogging site it seems silly not to have it listed.

the best bit of TagK (in my humble opinion) though is to be able to get your own bespoke links by just inviting a few friends. This then allows you to link to your own blog or any other site from within TagK, giving it a bit of extra exposure from your FaceBook Profile page.

Don’t forget that once you’ve added TagK and had a play with it we’re always interested in hearing what you think of it and what extra features you think it needs, so don’t forget to visit the TagK application page as there is a discussion group there so you can post any comments and ideas you have:

I thought I better post a couple of pics to show what the TagK application looks like on your facebook profile.

Here’s how it appears on your profile page, obviously you can drag and drop it to appear wherever you want…

and here’s one of the TagK application configuration page where you can add all your social site profile links, as well as bespoke links to your others sites and blogs:

Well the TagK Social Profiles Application for Facebook is now live we’re just waiting for the app to be approved by the Facebook team, hopefully it won’t take long.

The application is designed to a a nice simple way to list your other social site profiles on your FaceBook profile.

At present the default sites we’ve included are:

MyblogLog
MySpace
YouTube
Hi5
BeBo
Friendster
Netlog
Twitter
Flickr
Skyrock
Yfly
Multiply
Tagged
Slide
Flixster

we’ve already had a request for Del.icio.us, so we’re going to look at getting this added shortly.

But you can add your own bespoke links by simpy inviting 10 friends to join TagK, the more friends you invite the more customisable links you can have, so get inviting!!!
